TeachWithILAW is an independent, third-party software tool developed to assist educators. It is NOT officially affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the Department of Education (DepEd) of the Philippines. All references to DepEd guidelines (such as MATATAG and ILAW) are for structural guidance only.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate draft lesson plans. The developer/owner makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the generated content. You, the user, are strictly responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before utilizing it in an official or educational capacity.
Under no circumstances shall the developer, owner, or hosting provider of TeachWithILAW be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
